Every used vehicle is as unique as a thumb print and the exact condition of most will fall somewhere in between the conditions as defined below.

Excellent

Your vehicle is in new condition and has no needs. It needs no repair. Has no previous paintwork, no bodywork. Has zero damage to the interior or exterior, zero wear, and a new appearance. Up to date on service and no mechanical repair needs. Has no aftermarket modifications. Has a premium color combination. The tires, brakes, and wear and tear items are all beyond acceptable specs. Has two keys, service records, manuals, and floor mats and is a complete vehicle. The vehicle needs no reconditioning. Minimal previous owners, no pet odor, no smoking, or other interior odors. Detail cleaned and show ready.

Very Good

Your vehicle is beautiful and it gets tons of compliments everywhere you go. It’s in well above-average condition and the only thing that separates it from an Excellent condition vehicle is the need for a little reconditioning or detailing. It could require a paint less dent removal, scraped wheel repair, or another very minor cosmetic or maintenance need. The tires, brakes and wear items are well above acceptable specs. It has both keys, manuals, floormats and is a complete vehicle. The vehicle was not smoked in and has no pet odors. It has no warning lights and is generally extremely clean.

Good

Your vehicle is in good and acceptable overall condition. It could have minor previous paint repairs or body repairs totaling $2500 or less when repaired or need minor mechanical or cosmetic repairs. It could have one minor previous accident on a history report. This vehicle is mechanically sound and safe to drive and has no warning lights illuminated. This vehicle is not perfect and could not pass for a new car, but it’s only a thorough scrubbing and minimal amount of repair needed to make it desirable for a new owner.

Fair

Your vehicle is in below-average condition. It may have an accident history and/or need limited body or mechanical repairs. It may need mechanical wear and tear items such as tires or brakes and may need other maintenance items. It needs heavy reconditioning work to be made presentable for resale.

Poor

Your vehicle needs multiple repairs. It may have warning lights illuminated, previous or current body imperfections, minor rust issues, extreme high mileage (200k miles plus), or previous paintwork. It may have light hail damage, accident history, odometer discrepancy issues, title history problem, etc.

Damaged

Your vehicle requires deep reconditioning, body repair, or major mechanical repair. It may have multiple accident histories, an R title, reconstructed title history, Lemon law buyback history, body damage, interior damage, etc. It may have body rust. This vehicle does not need repairs so large that it needs to be junked. We do not value junk vehicles online. We can arrange pick-up and disposal of vehicles that require recycling.
